It’s not all about looking good naked.  Of course it’s fantastic to look great and feel confident with your body.

It is also very important to look after your mobility when you are warming up for a training session at home or in the gym.


Mobility means to be able to move freely with minimal discomfort. Your flexibility is also important and varies from person to person. If you can give a little time to both then fantastic.

Mobility does become more important as you get older so be sure to keep yourself mobile and flexible.  Maybe try a yoga or palates class for extra guidance


Mobility training improves your range of motion for your joints and muscles and can assist in improving your posture. Mobility training can alleviate ‘everyday’ aches and pains as well as improve our body awareness.
